Questions, answered plainly
How is my Arena login handled?
You enter it once, at the end of setup. It is sent straight to the provider and is never stored or shown on EasyMagic — we keep only a masked hint, like j•••@mail.com, so you can tell your accounts apart. You can replace or remove the login at any time.
Can I control when my account is played?
Yes. Every Arena account has its own schedule: a weekly grid where you switch each hour on or off, in your timezone. Presets like Nights or Weekends fill it in one click, and you can change it whenever you like.
Can I pause an account?
One button pauses an account and the same button resumes it. A paused account stays paused until you resume it, and its play mode and schedule are kept. Pausing does not change your subscription.
Can I connect more than one Arena account?
As many as you like. Each account has its own play mode, schedule, status and activity, and its own subscription.
How do I cancel?
From the Billing page, at any time. The account keeps playing until the end of the month you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
What can I see?
The live status of every account, a feed of recent activity — wins, losses, completed quests and rank changes — and your results: the last 24 hours, your 7-day win rate and your current rank.
